A collaborative 4th year project that focused on creating accessibility for public spaces. The public space that was chosen for the project was Toronto Pearson Airport, and the focus was to improve the experience for users who find this space overwhelming to navigate.
Researching, iterating, testing, and re-iterating through collaboration with numerous design teams were performed. The tasks were done in stages which streamlined the concept through various developments.
The final product is a personalized airport departure guide which includes a custom schedule and navigation map, generated through a progressive disclosure questionnaire.
